Cross Shore is a small Japanese company that connects Japan and Thailand. We make custom merchandise (OEM), build business systems for small manufacturers (FDE), and run media about manufacturing and life in two countries.

We are builders, not just consultants. For merchandise, that means planning, production and delivery. For business systems, it means staying with the customer after launch, checking how the system is used, and improving it based on how it is actually used.
